July 26/Monday Arrive Beijing
Arrive Beijing at 6:00pm . Welcome to China's capital, Beijing. Our tour guide will meet you and transfer you to Capital Hotel.

July 30/Friday BEIJING to CHENGDU B
Fly Beijing to Chengdu via CA4114 (10:30am/12:45pm), upon arrival, transfer to Jinjiang Hotel . Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan Province in southwestern China. The rest of the day is free at leisure.
July 31/Saturday CHENGDU B, L
Full day private escorted tour to the Panda Breeding Base, Qingyang Gong Monastery, Sichuan University Museum, lunch at local restaurant for Sichuan Cuisine, then tour Wangjiang Bamboo Garden.
Aug 1/Sunday CHENGDU to LESHAN to EMEI SHAN B, L, D
Morning drive to Leshan, lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Giant Buddha in the afternoon. Then continue drive to Emei Shan, with a myriad of attractions. Check into Emei Hotel.
Aug 2/Monday EMEI SHAN B, L, D
Drive to the base and spend the whole day to climb to the summit of Emei Shan which occupies a large territory. The slopes contain 50 miles of trails and about 30 active temples. Emei Shan was inscribed as a natural and cultural World Heritage site by UNESCO 1996. It has designated protection zones for plants (including 29 spicies of rhododendron) and landscapes. Ten percent of Chinas plant species grow her. Threatened animal species include the red panda, Asiatic black bear, Asiatic golden cat, and Tibetan macaque. Drive back to the hotel at the end of the day.
Aug 3/Tuesday EMEI SHAN to CHENGDU B, L
Drive back to Chengdu through the picturesque countryside. Check into Jinjiang Hotel.
Aug 4/Wednesday CHENGDU to BEIJING B
Fly Chengdu to Beijing via CA4103 (1:20pm/3:30pm ), transfer to Capital Hotel
Aug 5/Thursday BEIJING to DATONG B
Drive to Datong about 4.5 hours, check into Datong Hotel .
Aug 6/Friday DATONG B, L
Full day visit to the
Yungang Grottoes of Datong, fifty –three grottoes remain in which there are 51,000 statues.
Aug 7/Saturday DATONG to BEIJING B
Take a morning train back to Beijing via Train No. N216 (0852-1420).
Transfer to Capital Hotel.
